Arooj Rana has nearly twenty years’ experience working with higher education nationally and internationally as an administrator and consultant. She brings with her a breadth of knowledge in the field having worked in enrollment, student affairs, and advancement positions. Arooj has led a variety of complex and nuanced projects in her career with her strong project management and communications skills.
Since joining Art & Science Group in 2019, Arooj has worked closely with the Principals to ensure clients are receiving strategic and thoughtful support throughout the length of their engagement. Through the firm’s communication efforts, Arooj plays a vital role in helping university, college, and independent school administrators understand the value and need for the work being done at the firm.
Before joining Art & Science Group, Arooj served as a consultant and project manager, working with institutions on advancement initiatives and large capital campaigns. She spent several years abroad working for Hamad bin Khalifa University and Qatar Foundation, in Doha, Qatar, helping to bring Western higher education best practices to Education City. During her time abroad she worked closely with students and administrators at the American branch campuses located at Education City to help create shared student affairs services that achieved both educational goals and adhered to appropriate practices. She has also worked at her alma mater in a handful of roles, most recently, supporting the execution of its largest capital campaign to date.
