Courtney Connor handles day-to-day project management for Art & Science Group’s higher education and independent school clients. She brings a wealth of expertise to this role from her prior position as an associate in Art & Science Group’s research department, where she played an essential part in growing the firm’s capacity for conducting data analysis, research design, survey development and data interpretation and presentation.

Courtney has executed research work for several of the firm’s major clients. She wrote questionnaires and supervised fielding for all research projects, including large-scale pricing and positioning studies conducted for the University of Michigan, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Virginia, as well as other positioning and strategic planning studies conducted for independent schools nationwide. She has particular interest and expertise in writing discussion guides, conducting interviews, analyzing data and presenting the findings of qualitative studies. Courtney also managed and programed all of the firm's online survey research during her time as Research Associate.

Prior to joining A&S, Courtney worked in the Research and Evaluation Department at the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development. She worked on a variety of projects and was responsible for the qualitative component of a comprehensive study funded by the Maryland State Department of Education’s Childhood Development Division. Her work at Georgetown contributed to the development of strategies to identify at-risk children, teach families how to advocate for children with special needs and improve pre-school retention.
