Janeene Norris manages all aspects of the firm’s financial, human resources, retirement and healthcare benefits program, and interacts with the firm’s clients on all matters related to the financial administration of project budgets, invoices and related matters.

Since joining the firm over a decade ago, Janeene has significantly improved the overall financial and administrative operations of the firm. Clients benefit from her efficient and highly organized management of the billings, expenses and other costs related to all firm projects. She is considered an indispensable member of the firm’s management and project teams as well as a strong advocate for the interests of both employees and clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Janeene held a variety of financial positions for Maryland Chemical for 20 years. Before that, she was the Operations Coordinator at the University of Maryland for a statewide, anti-smoking public health education and awareness campaign.
