From Mission to Market

From Mission to Market provides organizations a disciplined, efficient process for reaching consensus on and implementing strategic priorities. From Mission to Market enables organizations to:

  • Build staff and board consensus around a workable vision
  • Refine organizational strategy
  • Establish a differentiated position that gains the support of key constituents

An eight-week project includes:

  • A full review of current communications and market data
  • An intensive set of discussions with the organization's staff leadership
  • In-depth interviews with board members, donors, and prospective students or members, as appropriate
  • Presentation of a focused assessment of the organization’s strategic challenges and options
  • Recommendations focused on vision and positioning strategies and tactics
  • Optional staff workshops with staff, board members, and others in the organization to invest the community in the recommendations going forward
  • Additional services, as appropriate, such as retreat facilitation, writing, design, market research, and fundraising or enrollment counsel
