From Mission to Market
From Mission to Market provides organizations a disciplined, efficient process for reaching consensus on and implementing strategic priorities. From Mission to Market enables organizations to:
- Build staff and board consensus around a workable vision
- Refine organizational strategy
- Establish a differentiated position that gains the support of key constituents
An eight-week project includes:
- A full review of current communications and market data
- An intensive set of discussions with the organization's staff leadership
- In-depth interviews with board members, donors, and prospective students or members, as appropriate
- Presentation of a focused assessment of the organization’s strategic challenges and options
- Recommendations focused on vision and positioning strategies and tactics
- Optional staff workshops with staff, board members, and others in the organization to invest the community in the recommendations going forward
- Additional services, as appropriate, such as retreat facilitation, writing, design, market research, and fundraising or enrollment counsel
